• Ceremonial Cacao: Four unique cacao ceremonies led by Aleks Nikolic using handcrafted, organic and non-commercial cacao blends (calming sweet blend, energising blend, heart remedy, tranquilizing forest). Each blend and ceremony is designed to help you reconnect with your heart, experience calm and reduce mental overload.
• Yin Yoga & Meditation: Three Yin Yoga sessions, the most gentle and relaxing form of yoga, accompanied by guided meditation and breathing exercises to release physical tension, reduce stress and promote inner peace.
• Pranayama: Use the fresh, clear Alpine air for breathing exercises that revitalise your body and mind.
• Nature walks: The tranquil hiking trails, which are directly accessible from the hotel, help you to safely connect with nature, find personal time for reflection and gain clarity.
