Full Moon Cacao Ceremony & Yin Yoga Journey

Join us and co-create safe and sacred space to slow down, connect to your heart, rediscover your inner light, honor yourself and each other without judgement or expectations.

The combination of Cacao plus Yin Yoga helps us to balance emotions, calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and live with clear intention and inspired action.

Receive a cup of Cacao, ethically sourced by Naked Chocolate, and flow into deeply grounding yin journey.

Everyone is welcome at this community event - no experience is necessary. Women and men of all levels and abilities are welcome.

If you’re pregnant, taking any medications, have food allergies, or have any injuries or other challenges that could affect the practice please email Aleks at hello@aleksnikolic.com. She will adjust cacao and yin yoga sequence accordingly.

What to bring: yoga mat, cushion, journal, pen, an open heart.

Where: Sanctuary, Zollikerstrasse 74, 8008 Zürich  In a beautiful historic church in Seefeld with plenty of safe space, fresh air, big windows, and very high ceilings!

Please arrive around 15 mins early to get settled for a prompt start. Bring a yoga mat, sitting cushion, and a blanket. Feel at home!

For your safety at Sanctuary we observe all covid safety measures. Covid vaccination certificate (or valid negative test) must be provided at checkin. Please keep 1.5m distance at all times. Masks required in the check-in, changing room, and lounge areas. You may take off your mask during the event when you are on your mat.
