Transformational Yin Dragon Journey (online)

Moving through the fiery transformation, burning through your limitations, and honestly looking at your own bullshit.This very specific yin yoga journey doesn't leave anyone without some sort of energetic, physical, mental, and/or emotional shift.

I'm inviting you to ride the yin dragons with me on Saturday, March 27th  from 8:30-10 pm via Youtube Live.

On a physical level we'll be focussing on our hips (not recommended if you have very sensitive knees or are pregnant) and emotionally as well as physically release any tension held in there as well as emotions like anger, frustration, sadness, fear. Mentally it will take all your clarity, focus and commitment to sit in the fire and burn through the resistance. Energetically it is like a spring cleanse and you're invited to transform what is challenging through the heart and set intentions from there instead of fear.
