Cacao Masterclass by Naked Chocolate

Ceremonial Cacao is the Medicine of the Heart and the Food of the Gods. Have you been curious to learn more about ceremonial cacao? Then this three hours workshop-style masterclass might be the right thing for you to learn more about the chocolate industry and medicinal uses of cacao.

Ceremonial Cacao has its origins in Central and South America and has been treated as Medicine before Colonialism brought it to Europe and mixed it with sugar - selling you good feelings with little integrity and nothing close to cacao.

Cacao - the food of the Gods and the Medicine of the Heart. It's said that Cacao is making its way to the Modern Civilisations when humanity starts losing the connection to Mother Earth and each other to bring them back into their hearts.

Raw Cacao also is known as “Naked Chocolate” is the original ingredient in our favorite chocolate products. However, due to overprocessing, overheating, and chemical enhancements it loses most of its health benefits by the time it reaches us.

Raw Cacao is a source of theobromine, magnesium, antioxidants that help the body naturally produce anandamide (the bliss chemical), serotonin (feel-good-chemical), phenylethylamine (love chemical) which results in a better quality of physical and mental health.

What will happen:

-We'll prepare together cacao and you'll learn different hacks on how to prepare the classic Naked Chocolate Ceremonial Cacao Blends at home in an even more satisfying way. Then we'll sit in a short meditation after our cacao tasting.

-Learn about different spices, how to set powerful intentions and what are ways to create rituals in your day to day life

-Educate yourself about the Chocolate Industry, the history of cacao, and why ceremonial cacao is ceremonial cacao in a cozy setting where you'll enjoy a cup of tea and snacks during our theoretical part and can ask all the questions you have.

-The intention of this evening is that you learn more about cacao, its roots and just expand your appreciation for this magical plant medicine

-Please note this is not a training and does not qualify you to share Ceremonial Cacao in a ceremonial setting but is intended to be used for personal purposes.

-This is a  small group event (4 people plus Aleks) and the BAG regulations apply
