Ceremony of Deep Rest - Cacao & Yin Journey (donation-based)

Enjoy a relaxing evening centering around the heart and deeply resting on all levels. The cacao will gently connect us with our hearts and get us in touch with our emotions. The yin yoga journey will support us in letting go and nourishing ourselves, anchoring deeper into our heart's truth from a rested space.

There isn't anything specific to prepare, have an easy digestible veg dinner at least 1 h before the ceremony and come in comfortable clothes, bringing your journal and a pen and anything you want to recharge on the altar. If you're pregnant, take anti-depressants or heart medication and/or have had a physical injury that still affects you, please let me know as you sign up. 

This class is donation-based, starting at CHF 18.- / if you can pay by twint or e-banking. The class is happening at my new studio the Radiant Heart Studio close to Sihlcity.
