Community Event: Heart Nourishing Cacao Ceremony & Yin Journey by donation

A magical evening with great humans. Nourishing your heart here and having a safe space to process emotions, create space, and open up the beauty. Connecting to your heart is powerful. From head into the body and the heart.

We'll share a cup of the Naked Chocolate Ceremonial Cacao - the Medicine of the Heart, that will not only flood our physical body with nourishment but also open our hearts. Feel ourselves. Our bodies. Our minds. A Ceremony to invite in clarity. To invite in peace. To invite in deep rest.

Our yin journey will focus on full body. From the hips, we'll move towards our upper body. On an emotional level we'll tune into what needs to be released and where we can open our hearts more. In the same time the Cacao will help us to move through this process lovingly. This is not a competition nor something you have to work hard for. It's you having space to tune inwards with curiousity and have a safe space to feel, heal, let go and become very silent and slow to hear your intuition. 

You deserve to feel safe. You deserve to relax. You deserve to release what you don't want to carry anymore.

After the Ceremony there will be tea served and you're very welcome to bring a plant-based snack (finger food) to share with each other. 

About the Community Events:

I'm planning a monthly community gathering where we'll dive deep into a yin yoga practice, sometimes with, sometimes without ceremonial cacao. As my events attract many different people, it's a wonderful way to meet new people that you might have not met. Friendships can build, our community can grow. After our yin journey, we'll gather in the lounge area for a cup of tea, snacks and chat. 

I know that community is a buzzword, but this was always my intention when I've started creating workshops, ceremonies and other events. Creating more spaces where we can come together and not only feel deeply nourished on many levels but also feel safe to be as we are. The only thing I ask for is; RESPECT. Respecting ourselves, the space, the people. You're welcome to bring a vegan snack to share for after the ceremonies.

FIXED BASIC PRICE - BY DONATION - to save your spot, please book your spot via this form. To save your spot due to limit space and to know how much cacao to prepare, the minimum price is CHF 22.- and then you can donate via twint, e-banking or in cash before or after our event what you feel called to contribute beside the yoga studio rent for the yin journey, organisation and ceremonial cacao.

Not sure what to pay? A regular 2 hours Cacao and Yin Journey costs CHF 98.- . Now this is a community event - you can give what you can and feel. If you can pay the regular price, please do, if you can't pay less. Whatever you pay goes to covering the costs of the space, cacao and my labor before, during and after the Ceremony.
