About the event
Do you feel your heart space? Can you hear your intuition? And do you trust yourself? This Heart Journey is an invitation to reconnect to your heart space, rebuild trust in yourself, and take inspired action from the heart. Trusting the process and your heart's wisdom.
We'll be going on a nourishing journey to replenish our whole system: relaxing the physical body, calming the mind, feeling lighter energetically, and allowing emotions to be felt and released. An evening just for yourself and your heart.
I've missed hosting Community Events and am so excited to bring them back. These events are by donation and after the yin yoga journey and cacao ceremony you're invited to enjoy a cup of tea, snacks and great company, and nourishing talks.
About Yin Yoga:
You don’t need a particular yoga experience, yin yoga is a very different practice and targets on a physical level the connective tissue (fascia) - it’s like giving yourself a deep tissue massage. It can be very relaxing but also challenging as you’ll hold a shape for 3-6 minutes in stillness and then deal with the crazy mind (cacao helps) and different emotions that might arise. It’s great to slow down, meditate, reflect, release and open up to something new on all levels.
About Ceremonial Cacao:
Ceremonial Cacao has its origins in Central and South America and has been treated as Medicine before Colonialism brought it to Europe and mixed it with sugar - selling you good feelings with little integrity and nothing close to cacao.
Cacao - the food of the Gods and the Medicine of the Heart. It's said that Cacao is making its way to Modern Civilisations when humanity starts losing the connection to Mother Earth and each other to bring them back into their hearts.
After the Ceremony, you can enjoy a cup of tea and snacks as you connect with like-minded humans.
Booking and Payment:
This is a "by donation event" to make it possible for everyone that wants to join no matter what their financial situation is. Please join us if you feel called even if you think your donation isn't significant. <3
Not sure what to donate?
Give what you can, it all goes to cover the costs and everything above for Aleks' work and additional costs like insurance, taxes, and more. If you're not struggling financially, I recommend CHF 35-50.- to cover the costs of the rent, service fee for the website, and cacao. A two hours Cacao Ceremony usually costs CHF 98.-
Please book directly through this form below and add the amount that you'd like to donate. If you pay by e-banking or twint, there are no credit card fees. :)

As you book your spot, please Aleks know if you have epilepsy, are pregnant (incl. stage), take anti-depressants and/or medication for the heart / high blood pressure, have any physical injuries, or are in any mental or physical medical treatment.
Please note that the current booking & cancellation policy and safety concept applies and that you also agree to any future governmental changes in case they shift again. No-shows for community events are CHF 20.- if you've donated below that amount.
No refunds if you cancel for any reason but you can transfer your ticket to a friend if it is at least 10 hours in advance. If you let me know at least 48hs in advance, you can shift the ticket to another Ceremony for a fee of CHF 50.-. PREPARATION & POST CEREMONY CARE
-There isn't anything specific you have to prepare. It's recommended to hydrate well prior to and after the ceremony as ceremonial cacao activates the liver and is great for your connective tissue. It helps flush out whatever needs to be released physically, mentally, and emotionally.
-Keep your food intake on the day of the Ceremony and evening before light(er) and vegetarian. Anything that you digest easily and feels light in your system. Bring a snack for after the Ceremony.
-You may have a specific intention or want to tune into what would help you completely to immerse yourself in the Ceremony. If you can, don't make appointments on the day of the ceremony, maybe even the day after. It's good to take some time to nourish, be in nature, and not have to rush, solve, or move too much but have space to do whatever feels good in that moment! :)
-You can journal or meditate upon the following questions if this helps you:
1. How am I feeling physically right now?
2. How am I feeling mentally right now?
3. How am I feeling emotionally right now?
4. How am I feeling energetically right now?
5. What would be something I'd like to solve/release from my life/body/mind/emotions?
6. What would be something I'd like to feel/experience more in my life?
7. How would I describe the relationship to myself in 3-5 words?
8. What can I do to feel more nourished in my day-to-day life?
9. What is something that I can do for myself to feel connected to myself?
10. What people in my life lift me up, help me grow, and allow me to fully be myself? Which people are crossing my boundaries and constantly complaining?
-Notice in your day-to-day life what activities, people, habits, routines, rituals, and places feel expanding and nourishing and which feel contracting and stressful
