Moving Heart Forward Adventure in Montenegro - A Private Retreat Experience 

from June 5 to 11th 2023

Imagine a magical heart adventure in Montenegro this summer by yourself or accompanied by a loving human.

The perfect space to slow down and nurture yourself in nature, spend quality time in solitude and meet other humans on their journey back to their hearts. Every morning and evening we will start with a Ceremony consisting of yin yoga, ceremonial cacao, sound healing, different meditation techniques, yoga Nidra, dance / intuitive movement, art, and the wisdom of the tantric Hatha wisdom goddesses.

Ceremonies are a reminder to be present in our lives and enjoy the small moments. Making the mundane magic and the magic down-to-earth. Creating space to actually celebrate also the big moments in life without rushing to the next thing to accomplish.

When we slow down, it can be a bit uncomfortable in the beginning, and yet when we hang in there for a moment, new (inner) doors start opening and we become aware of what feels aligned in our lives and what doesn’t work anymore. From there we can release past pain and baggage and also gather the courage to make new desicions in life from a place of integrity, clear core values and a vision for the life you actually would love to live.

The process will most likely be a bit messy as you may start walking discovering paths you’ve never walked before.

The beautiful thing about this retreat is, that we have a safe space to discover, let go, reflect, release, embrace and as we encounter new parts of ourselves.

Who we are today isn’t who we’ve been 7 years ago.

Not even a year ago.

Everything is constantly changing and if we wait for the pain to grow big enough to change, we may damage a lot that can be also released peacefully and without drama. Some changes may not be even visible in the outside but suddendly you’ll feel different making your choices.

When is it that you want to be vulnerable? When is a boundary needed? Where can you communicate clearer? Where are you hiding authentic parts of yourself? Who are you trying to please? Do you feel worthy of your dreams?

There are probably a milion things we think in just one day and these pracices above will help us to a) become aware of our thoughts and the feelings, b) choose new ways of thinking, acting and relating to ourselves and c) have tools to manage our systems when things fall apart or basically the good old sh*t hits the fan. :)

Our ceremonies will be accompanied by Mehdi Dehbandi’s magical live musical performances that will enhance the healing properties as well as help us travel deeper within, open our hearts and release whatever we ready to let go of.

What the retreat includes:

-Accommodation for 6 nights (single or shared)

-A small group of amazing humans (max. 12 people for a intimate private retreat experience) and making new friends with similar interests

-Daily Bonfire Circles after dinner (incl. a meditation, ritual, jamming together and/or dance<3)

Optional / Not included:

-Transfer from and to the airport

-Travel costs to reach Montenegro

-Any additional things you order at the lounge like extra coffee, smoothies, snacks

-Beach Trip for any participants that would like (taxi costs that can be split)

Since this is a retreat, the ceremonies are optional and you’re welcome to follow your own flow.

Schedule Example:

8-9:30: Morning Ceremony

9:45-10:45: Brunch

11-16: Free time to rest, hike, read, go for a walk, paint, have a coffee

16:30-18:30: Evening Ceremony

19-20: Dinner

20-21: Bonfire Circle

*Glutenfree, lactosefree, vegan options upon request at an extra cost available as those products are more difficult and expensive to source in the mountains of Montenegro.

-Shared Twin Room: CHF 1750.- early bird pricing until 30.1.23 / after CHF 1950.-

-Single Room: CHF 2200.- early-bird pricing until 30.1.23 / after CHF 2400.-

The first two people that book their spot in 2022 and pay in full, will receive a voucher for a Private Cacao Ceremony with Aleks Nikolic in Zurich City or online in 2023. Payment plans for partial payments are available upon request. To receive the early booking discount, you have to book and pay in full by January 30th 2023. As you book your spot, the deposit, half of the total amount, is due.
