Untamed Metamorphosis - A 6 Months Immersion

ABOUT THIS IMMERSION

This immersion is for everyone that feels tired and like no sleep can make it up. No matter how much you relax and practice gratitude, it seems like never deeply enough satisfied. You miss something and you can't totally grasp it but feel it. Let's discover in these 6 to 12 months what you miss and how you can make your day-to-day life more magical, alive & like your heart is breaking open - dancing with all that is and flowing through life without losing your center.

OVERVIEW

Let's lose our minds, nourish our bodies, connect to our hearts & energetically open up to a life that amazes you - from the inside out. And maybe you’re already on this journey but it doesn’t feel consistent and immersed in all your life but just a part and challenging to sustain and truly live with all the people, activities, and situations in life.

Each ceremony, workshop, journey, and retreat is designed to get you out of your comfort zone and at the same time nurture the wild and untamed within you! How can we feel more alive? Wild? Vulnerable? Honest? True to yourself? Unafraid to state your boundaries and needs clearly? Brave to make the choices that feel aligned? Trusting your intuition? How would it feel to unapologetically stand up and speak up for yourself?

Really get practical about how you want to feel and why and how that would look in your personal and unique way, expression and life. What aliveness, wilderness, radiance, and nourishment means will maybe be totally different than what you think it should be. In this immersion, you’re being encouraged to truly listen to your intuition and find the source of empowerment within.

WHAT THIS 12 MONTHS IMMERSION INCLUDES

• monthly live practices from yin yoga to cacao ceremonies, wisdom goddesses practices, journaling sessions, meditations, yoga Nidra sessions (incl. recordings) starting September 22nd
• monthly live sacred & safe sharing circles (incl. recordings) starting in September 22nd  
• classic in-person Ceremonies in Zurich (approx. 1 a month / 3-4 hours) and additional selected workshops and masterclasses either joining for free or at a discount
• a week in a luxurious retreat center in Montenegro with daily journeys (accommodation, ceremonies, and food included) from June 5-10th 2023 (it is possible to also only join the online immersion with/without the retreat - details below)
• access to my journaling online course where you get 30 days of inspiration, empowerment, and self-inquiry to sit with endless opportunities to let go, connect to yourself, experiment, make amazing friends, get to know different parts of yourself, envision and create a life you love
• ceremonial cacao box incl. all 7 Naked Chocolate Cacao Blends and special blends just for the women joining this immersion
• special prices for any other retreats and events in Switzerland and abroad

THIS IMMERSION IS FOR THE WOMAN THAT IS SAYING YES TO HERSELF.

The 12 months journey is a safe and sacred container to be held accountable for your actions, choices, and thoughts. It’s for the woman that wants to change radically and take self-responsibility for her life.

Embarking on this adventure is a one-way ticket to a new life. You’ll undergo your spiritual deaths and rebirths, you’ll be able to explore your inner and the outer worlds, experiment with life, and who you think you are, and release (some) of the fear of being judged, misunderstood and pushed away.

BOOKING POLICY & GENERAL DETAILS

*We will decide upon the online event times and dates (between Tuesday and Thursday in the evenings) together. You'll receive an email at the beginning of September.

Please note that there are no refunds if you do not participate in some of the sessions and events or wish to postpone or end our immersion together. The shared accommodation, food, and ceremonies during the retreat are included. It’s possible to upgrade also to single accommodation or share your room with a friend.

• Our first welcome and sharing circle and yoga Nidra will be in September 2022 & end in September 2023.             Our retreat is in June 2023 at the beautiful retreat center in Montenegro. Shared accommodation, daily brunch, and dinner and ceremonies included (the retreat will be priced at approx. CHF 2500.- ). It’s possible to upgrade to a single room. The public 4 hs ceremonies are currently priced at CHF 200.- and the Private 1:1 ceremonies at CHF 444.-

This immersion requires commitment and a full-body-yes to yourself and this adventure into the unknown.
