Ceremonial yin yoga
This spring I’m inviting you to join me on the adventure of slowing down and tuning deep inwards.
Exploring different and new parts of yourself, the old ones, the liked and disliked ones. The unknown and known. And everything in between. Experiencing in the microcosmos of your own body how everything is connected - the mental, energetic, emotional and physical. And from there take take experience into our day to day life and human experience - recognising that everything is in the makrocosmos connected as well.
Every single masterclass will be designed different and play with the themes as described below. All classes will be in-person at the beautiful Intoku Yoga Studio in Zurich (5 minutes walk from Bahnhof Altstetten). Saturdays from 10 am - 12 pm and on Fridays from 6:30-8:30 pm. After each class you’re invited to chill in our lounge area with a cup of tea, enjoy snacks and conversations with cool kind-hearted people in Zurich
