A Ceremonial Workshop To Connect to Your Inner Compass - Cacao, Journaling, Yin Journey (donation-based)

How do you feel at the moment? This ceremonial workshop is an invitation for you to slow down and take a moment to yourself. 

Spend a morning reconnecting to your inner compass, your intuition. Reflect on the last months, release what needs to be released and tune into what you desire in your life now. A morning to nourish, envision and release. We will practice yin yoga, ask ourselves some important questions, meditate and open our hearts with the help of ceremonial cacao. 

There isn't anything specific to prepare, have an easy digestible veg dinner at least 1 h before the ceremony and come in comfortable clothes, bringing your journal and a pen and anything you want to recharge on the altar. If you're pregnant, take anti-depressants or heart medication and/or have had a physical injury that still affects you, please let me know as you sign up. 

This ceremonial workshop is donation-based, starting at CHF 45.- and you can pay what you can / if you can pay by twint or e-banking there is less fees - thank you. The workshop is happening at my new studio the Radiant Heart Studio close to Sihlcity.
