A Ceremony to Honour Transitions - Cacao & Yin Journey

We're transitioning into a new season & the last part of Winter (yes, I've said it!). How often do we rush from one phase to another, not actually honoring the process in-between? A transition can be beautifully terrifying as you might experience growing pains & expand in directions you'd never thought you would. We'll honor this with ceremonial cacao & a yin journey.

This will be a deeply grounding yin journey focussing on slowing down the nervous system, releasing tension and gently opening the back of our hearts, releasing heavyweight and expectations as well as the pressure we put on ourselves, honoring where we are right now and all we have done so far.

Ceremonial Cacao is the Medicine of the Heart. Sitting in a Ceremony is a reminder to slow down, be present, and see yourself and others as you are. It's a safe space to explore your inside, digest emotions, calm your mind, and move from there into life with a clear intention and inspired action.

Every Ceremony starts with a Cacao Ritual and then slowly lead into a yin journey that will have a specific collective intention. This is a safe and sacred space for you to connect to your heart and embrace your human experience.

-No experience needed, just you and a cozy atmosphere at home and a cacao altar

-You'll receive a spotify playlist (you need a 2nd device for this to play)

-It's recommended to brew  a cup of ceremonial cacao by Naked Chocolate as a pre-ritual. Tea can work very well too, if cacao isn't an option for you.
