When we feel we heal. Without healing what has been, we keep carrying it into what is today and what will be tomorrow. You can expect to cook a delicious, creative and nourishing dish, if you use the old heavy canned food. What is in your backpack? What are you need willed to preserved another few years and pay with valuable and limited time on Planet Earth?

This Ceremonial Day Immersion is an invitation to truly slow down, ask the uncomfortable questions, sit with the unknown and tune into what you want for your life and what the next steps are ahead. You’ll be asked to get out of your comfort zone within a safe space in different group activities but also solo rituals.

We want to deeply nourish on this day, have delicious food, release what we need to release during the steam bath, learn about the Goddess Matangi, chant her mantra and move from a dark place to a lighter one. Craving new direction? New opportunities? New friendships? Meaningful moments with yourself and quality time instead of feeling constantly like you’re waisting your time?

This Ceremonial Day Immersion is all about purification, creation and truly feeling all you need to feel so you can heal. From that space you’ll make clearer choices and clearer choices will lead to a life lived intentionally. That requires some self-honesty and moving from heaviness to lightness.

Our group will be kept small (max. 12 people with Aleks and her assistant), so there is space to dive deep, connect with each other and by ourselves at the modern, bright and beautiful INTOKU Yoga Studio in Altstetten. We’ll be creating a sanctuary.

During our workshop we will get honest and creative and truly allow ourselves to dream big and practice vulnerability and openess, courage and strenght.

Our Yin Journey will be an invitation to integrate the day on a physical, mental, energetic and emotional level and truly look within once again. Finding your anchor there and trusting your intuition. Taking care of your system -> your mental, energetic, emotional and physical level. So that you can thrive.

Learn the art of setting intentions and creating spaces for yourself that feel uplifting. How clear can we become? How honest can we become? How much can we soften?

We’ll be asking ourselves different different questions, play, have fun, laugh, cry and enjoy a day truly from the heart. Meeting ourselves - the terror and joy!

You'll enjoy a delicious, vegan and gf snack as well as get pampered in the steam bath.

SAFETY CONCEPT AND BOOKING CONDITIONS.

• Please note there is a certificate (2g+) needed for this ceremony. As these are again a bit unpredictable times, if you get tested positive, you may receive another opportunity to join a ceremony until June 2022 or a discount if you book a private 1:1 or group session. Please note that it will not be the exactly same Ceremony and that I ask for patience. You may get on waiting lists, if the ceremonies are full already. If your spot can't be filled, it's CHF 60.- fee to change your ticket into a voucher.
• Wear your mask until you reach your yoga mat (on the mat you can remove it, as you move through the space, please wear it)
• As the BAG regulations keep changing, by buying these tickets you agree to provide all details needed no matter how the regulations change by the government as I can't offer any refunds.
• In case of a lockdown, the new date of the ceremony will be communicated. No refunds available but options.
