Start your day with a centering and calming yet energizing yin yoga class to feel recharged, connected to yourself, and refreshed. In yin yoga, we hold the shapes for 3-5 minutes and start and end with a meditation. 

The morning yin yoga class includes a short breathing exercise to energize your system and focus your mind. There is no experience needed. You will feel more physically and mentally relaxed, yin yoga is great if you want to increase flexibility in your body and release any stuck emotions. 

How to book your spot:

  • Please book the class until the latest at 9 pm on Tuesday before the class
  • CHF 25.- per single class / 1st trial class (also if you've joined my offerings before): CHF 20.- 
  • Membership: CHF 60.- for 3 classes (valid for 2 months) / CHF 90.- for 5 classes (valid for 3 months), please email me for the membership or ask after a class (the single class can be deducted from the membership)
  • AHV/Legi: CHF 10% off, please email me beforehand 

General Details:

  • arrive 5-10 minutes before class as we start on time
  • there is water, coffee & tea, and snacks available
  • the class is held in English, Aleks also speaks Swiss-German
  • there are two toilets to change, otherwise, come in comfy clothing
