March is for Nourishment

This is a one-month course with weekly morning yin yoga classes that you can join live or replay for the full month of March 2021. The Intention is to deeply nourish yourSelf, ground into the body and connect to your heart. No yoga experience needed, the classes are in English but there isn't much talking as the idea is that you have one hour a week just for yourself.

Missed the first class?

You can start even if you've missed the first class, as you'll receive the replays until March 31st 2021. 

Investment: 

CHF 65.- for the full course and one month replay  / CHF 25.- per single class with 3 days replay

A Live Yin Yoga Class Every Saturday Morning in March from 9-10 am (4 in total)

Replay of the Classes for the Month of March

At least one hour each week to rest, ground, replenish and take care of yourSelf

Weekly new Yin-Playlist for your practice and also to listen whenever you want
