Mini Dragon Journey - Yin Yoga (free)

Come on a 70 minutes Mini Yin Dragon Journey - on a physical level we'll be working with our hips, mentally and emotionally it's all about releasing restitance and looking at yourself through the lense of Truth. Energetically it's all about letting go. Set your intention. You can combine this Yin Journey with a Cacao Ceremony - have your Cacao either before or after the practice and sit in meditation. 

A great way to prepare is also Kapalabhati Breath to create some inner fire. This practice is not recommended if you're pregnant or have issues with knees. It is a more challenging yin practice and the relaxtions comes rather after it than during it.
