We all crave more rest, space and a reminder to connect with ourselves not only once in a while but on a constant base - may our breath be our everyday prayer. 

Let's gather on Sunday evening for one hour just for yourself. A safe space to feel, heal, release, manifest, connect to your body and heart and set intentions for the week ahead. 

Each class will be working with different energies and you'll gather inspiration for the week ahead and setting your intention and focus on specific, heart-desired actions. 

DATES:

Every Sunday in January 2022 from 5-6 pm. All the Replays are available until February 7th midnight (CET). 

If you register for the membership after a live class, you'll receive all the recordings.

BOOKING AND PRICING:

Once you've booked, you'll received a confirmation email with more details. 

Class Pass Membership:

-CHF 108.- for all 5 x 60 min yin yoga classes (regular) ->21.60.- per class incl. replay for over a month

-CHF 90.- for all 5 x 60 min yin yoga classes (reduced*) -> 18.- per class incl. replay for over a month

It's also possible to book a single class:

-CHF 25.- (regular) incl. replay

-CHF 22.- (reduced*) incl. replay

*reduced tickets for anyone earning less than CHF 2900.. in a single household or CHF 4500.- as a single parent.
