Relaxing Body Scan - Lunch Pick Me Up (free)

Take a moment to recharge your physical body and calm down mental acticity in 15 minutes. We'll just simply scan our bodies (you just sit or lie and relax and let your awareness move through the body). This is a super relaxing practice and helps when you feel tired and need a pick-me-up or just simply have troubles falling asleep.

No experience needed, wear comfortable clotes and either sit or lie down comfortoably on your bed or yoga mat, feeling warm and cozy. Remember to have a glass of water before and after.
