Need to decrease stress in life and increase quality rest? Craving 75 minutes of pure stillness and silence for yourself? Needing to release tension, reflect, and simply relax? Do you want to calm your mind? Process emotions? Then yin yoga may be the right thing for you to try.

In Yin Yoga, we hold seated or lying down poses for 3-6 minutes and relax into them using different yoga props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks.   On a physical level we access our fascia, increase flexibility, notice where we hold tension in the body and find ways to release it and feel more comfortable in our bodies.

On a mental level, you have space to reflect and decrease mental activity, which results in feeling more calm and centered.   On an emotional level yin yoga can help when you go through challenging times and accumulate heavy emotions and increase feeling more accepting and connected to yourself.

There is no experience needed, if you're pregnant please let me know before class as then you won't do belly down poses, twists, and hold the poses for shorter. If you have any injuries, please let me know as well and I will offer you variations.

My name is Aleks Nikolic, I speak English, Serbian, and Swiss German and have been teaching yoga since 2016. For me, it's important to create a safe environment for anyone who is respectful and feels welcomed. Get in touch if you have any questions or simply come and try the class out.   Most likely you will leave and feel very relaxed, ready for some good quality sleep.

  • Single Class: CHF 32.-
  • Friends Ticket for 2 People: CHF 56.- (28.- per class) -> valid for the date booked. 
  • 3er Abo for 3 Classes: CHF 75.- (CHF 25.- per class) -> Valid for 2 months.
  • 5er Abo for 5 Classes: CHF 112.50 (CHF 22.50 per class) -> Valid for 3 months

General Details:

  • arrive 5-10 minutes before the class starts
  • there are two toilets for changing
  • there is water, tea, snacks
  • wear comfy clothing and maybe something to cover your eyes
  • no experience needed
  • optional: bring your yoga mat
  • have a light meal before the class

Booking and Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel the class at least 24 hours in advance, you can come another time within 2 weeks. Otherwise, there are no refunds. Passes can't be extended if you go on holiday/can't come but you can give your pass to 1 person (specific person).
