This Sunday Aleks is taking you on a ceremonial yin yoga journey. She will hold space virtually for you, so that you can slow down, connect to your heart and feel whatever there is to be felt. You'll be setting a powerful intention and meet yourSelf with curiousity.
It's from 6:30-8 pm (CET/Switzerland time zone) and the replay will available for you after registering in case you can't make it live. As soon as you register, you'll get all the details for this free online event.
