Ceremony for a Clear Mind: Cacao and Yin Journey

Feeling confused? Ungrounded? Like you've lost the ground beneath your feet,  difficulties taking a full breath and getting anxious just thinking of life and the next steps? Then this Ceremony for a Clear Mind might be the right choice for you. We'll be practicing a very grounding and mind-calming yin yoga sequence where you can process your emotions in a safe space and let your whole nervous system calm down without force. The ceremonial cacao will help to connect you with your heart and set a powerful intention from that space.

Ceremonial Cacao is the Medicine of the Heart. Sitting in Ceremony is a reminder to slow down, be present and see yourself and others as you are. It's a safe space to explore your inside, digest emotions, calm your mind, and move from there into life with a clear intention and inspired action. Every Ceremony will start with Cacao and then slowly lead into a yin, yoga nidra (laying down guided meditation), or dance journey that will have a specific collective intention. This is a safe and sacred space for you to connect to your heart and embrace your human experience
