Ingredients:
Raw, organic, ceremonial-grade, fair-trade Cacao (including Cacao Butter), Vanilla, Cinnamon, freeze-dried Cherry, Anise, Silver, Mace, Pimento, Dates (pulverized), Clove
Best enjoyed as:
Hot Chocolate: Add 12-15g (4--5 teaspoons) of the cacao blend into a milk foamer/blender/pot with your fave choice of milk (1,5-2dl) and blend/whisk until smooth. Serve in your favorite cup festive cup.
Ceremonial Cacao: Mix/Whisk 25-35g (9-12 teaspoons) of cacao blend with warm (boil and let cool down for 4-5 minutes) water in a mixer or pot.
Please store in a dry and cool place. It's recommended to consume the product within 3 to 6 months but cacao usually doesn't go bad ever if stored right. The silver flakes/cacao might change in color due to natural oxidation - this won't affect the taste or quality of the cacao blend.

USE YOUR CACAO BLEND TO SPRINKLE A TEASPOON ON YOUR FOOD AND DRINKS (SMOOTHIE, COFFEE) 2-4 TIMES A DAY TO ENHANCE GENERAL WELLBEING.
- CEREMONIAL DOSAGE :
CREATE YOUR OWN CACAO CEREMONY AT HOME WITH THE INTENTION TO TUNE IN AND RECONNECT TO YOUR HEART.
- ADD 4 TO 15 TEA SPOONS OF YOUR CACAO BLEND (DEPENDING ON HOW STRONG YOU WANT IT ) TO (APPROX. 100/150/200ML) OF WARM WATER. SHAKE/BLEND/WHISK UNTIL SMOOTH.
- CREATE SPACE FOR YOUR CEREMONY
- CLOSE YOUR EYES, PLACE YOUR CUP ONTO YOUR HEART, AND INFUSE YOUR CACAO WITH YOUR INTENTION
- DRINK YOUR CACAO SLOWLY
- SIT WITH YOUR CACAO, MEDITATE, FEEL INTO YOUR BODY AND HEART SPACE
- CLOSE THE SPACE BY REFLECTING ON YOUR INSIGHTS AND THANKING THE HOLY PLANT
