National Shipping for Switzerland
At the moment I’m shipping the Cacao Blends all over Switzerland and it's a CHF 10.- flat rate with Swiss Priority Post. For Zurich City there is eco bicycle delivery available by Flash Deliveries for a flat rate of CHF 17.- and arrives on the same day if ordered by 2 pm. Please calculate additional 48 hours for the production.
All shipping packaging will be if possible recycled and reused - so it might not look as pretty but is better for the planet.
If you'd like international shipping, please email before ordering. Please be aware that there might be extra taxes and customs that apply and can change country by country.
Planet Earth is happy if you keep your box and bring it back to the next Ceremony or Yoga Class if it’s not damaged.
Delivery may take longer due to the pandemic.
All physical items purchased from are made in conformance to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and ownership for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you want us to register the parcel by Swiss Post, so it is protected, please let us know as you place your order. Additional costs may apply.
It is your responsibility as a customer to provide the correct, deliverable, physical address for delivery. For undeliverable shipments returned to us, please send an updated delivery address to with your order number in the subject line. We will send you an invoice for postage to send to the new address. Once the original shipment returns to us, we can send it out again, and hopefully, it will make it the second time!
All these terms and conditions also apply for you picking up the cacao correctly and on time, knowing that if choosing to pick up your cacao at a pick-up station, the ownership passes to you. This means that the risk of loss and ownership for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
At the moment there is European Shipping available (Standard or Priority Shipping with Swiss Post) for the following countries:
Standard Shipping starts at CHF 15.- and takes 7 to 14 business days to arrive.
Priority Shipping starts at CHF 22.- and takes approximately 5 to 7 business days to arrive. Please calculate additional 48 hours for the production. Pick-up in Zurich City, Switzerland
All information above, as well as terms and conditions, apply for pick-ups. At the moment pick-up in Zurich City is possible only if you're joining a Ceremony or have booked a Private Session on that day if pre-ordered 24 hours in advance.
Return & Exchange Policy
There are no refunds or returns on opened packages as this is a food item.
There are no refunds on melted cacao as it is still usable and doesn't interfere with the health and energetic properties of the cacao. If it arrives melted, place it in the fridge or freezer and then use a knife to chop pieces off the block. If you have any concerns and questions, send us a picture to
There are no refunds on products that are not delivered on time as they will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days by Aleks through Swiss Post.
If none of the cases 1, 2 or 3 above are valid, please get in touch with us via with a picture of the packaging, your order number in the subject line and full name and return the product within 14 days back to Aleks Nikolic to following address:

We are not able to refund shipping charges. If the product arrives back at Aleks Nikolic melted, an additional 15% restocking fee will apply.
To avoid this, please ship in original packaging with a cold ice pack during summertime from June until August. Please note that we can't refund you the return shipping costs, so make sure the postage and package are sufficient.

Cancellations for Physical Orders:
If you submit an order cancellation request, we may or may not be able to stop the order before it is sent to you. We will do our best but if we are unable to stop the order before it goes out, you may return it as detailed in our policy above.
If you need to update the shipping address on your address, please contact us immediately (firstname.lastname@example.org with the correct address and we will do our best to update it before the order goes out.
Bookings and Cancellations for Events, Ceremonies, Workshops, Yoga Classes and Private 1:1 Classes and Ceremonies:
-Please note that with booking this ticket(s) you're confirming that you have read the booking and cancellation policy and agree.
-If you cancel the ceremony, there are no refunds (also not if you're sick or late) but you can find someone else to join if it's at least 7 hours in advance.
-If the Ceremony can't happen at the studio because of the pandemic/ordinary state, it will be shifted to a shorter gifted online version and you'll receive a voucher of the ceremony amount (the price you paid) for another Ceremony as soon as they can start again valid for 3 months from re-opening of the studio

-Please wash and/or disinfect your hands as/ before you enter the space, there is disinfectant available before you enter
-If you show any flu and/or covid related symptoms, please stay at home
-We’ll keep whenever possible the space of 1,5 meters
-Wear a mask in the entrance space as you arrive and leave/go to the toilet, it's ok without on your mat only
-No hugs / physical touch but present eye contact :)
-Bring your own mat or 2 big towels to cover the studio mat
