This Private Ceremony for two people  is designed so that you can take a moment for yourself and your partner/friend/family member  to slow down your life, connect to your heart and yourself as well as enjoy a space for you to relax, release stuck emotions, physical tension, and clear your mind from thoughts that have been lingering around.
 
It's a beautiful way to connect with each other and share quality time without distractions as well as refill your personal cup.
 
Ceremonial Cacao is known as the Medicine of the Heart and is pure, organic, fair-trade, original chocolate. It contains a lot of magnesium and theobromine which makes the body feel relaxed as well as senses awakened. It supports us to really arrive in our physical bodies and truly connect to the heart.

Yin Yoga is a simple practice for every-body that can have a profound impact on your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.  We create simple shapes with our bodies (in an intelligently designed sequence) and then hold them over time. 
 
Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxing meditation where you're lying on your back comfortably. It's said that 20 minutes of yoga nidra are equal to 4 hours of high quality sleep.

What this Private Session includes:
 
-a preliminary talk via email or call where we'll discuss your needs and
questions so that I can create a specific session designed for you as well as the most beneficial ceremonial cacao blend would be for you (30min)
 
-Creation of a customized Ceremony for you (2hs)
 
-A 2 hours cacao ceremony and yin yoga or yoga nidra session at a modern and bright space, yoga equipment, light snack, herbal tea, 1-2 cups of ceremonial cacao individually brewed for you 
 
-Preparation and Cleaning up of the studio (2hs)
 
-All yoga equipment, beautiful cacao altar with fresh flowers that you can keep
 
-Two packages (each 40g) of the customized ceremonial cacao blend by Naked Chocolate that you can take home

Your investment & Booking:
 
You can book your Ceremony by buying it online or by sending an email to hello@aleksnikolic.com if you'd like to pay by invoice/e-banking. Partical payments are accepted upon request. 
 
The ceremony is calculated in 5-minute intervals and costs CHF 455.- per 120-minute private session including a Cacao Ceremony and Yoga Nidra Journey or Yin Yoga Journey and all descriebed above.
 
It's also possible to buy a voucher and receive a pdf that you can print out. It's valid for 6 months from a purchase on available dates in Zurich. If you live outside of Zurich City and do not want to travel to Zurich, I can also travel across Switzerland at an extra cost. Please send an email to hello@aleksnikolic.com prior to booking.
 
The Ceremony can be booked on weekdays and weekends throughout the day or in the evenings. Please send 2-3  date suggestions with your time frame via email to hello@aleksnikolic.com to book a session. 
 
The session can be held in English and (Swiss-) German. If you prefer a different venue, we can discuss this further.
